Position Summary
Our company is seeking an accomplished and dynamic marketing professional with a proven track record of delivering outstanding results. We are actively seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing Supervisor who will play a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of our company brand. He or she must be able to shape our marketing strategies, mentor the current marketing team, create great designs, and contribute to our ongoing journey toward an unparalleled market
excellence.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, Graphic Design or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of project and team coordination experience in Marketing or Sales
Solid grasp of business operations and industry dynamics
Exceptional skills in communicating and negotiating with different business units and suppliers
Proven ability to oversee marketing processes from inception to completion
Capable of thriving in high-pressure and fast-paced environments
Willingness to participate in virtual and occasional in-person events, including webinars, trade shows, and fairs
Superior knowledge of Social Media: trends, best practices, and other channels
Basic to intermediate skills in photography and video
2 to 3 years of experience in Graphic Designing
Great knowledge of Adobe Creative suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
Animation and Video Editing Skills (Adobe After Effects, Premiere)
Ability to understand the organization's needs, take briefs, and manage designs from A to Z
Experience managing events is a plus
